About the role
Circuvent builds connected Smart Home products and the enterprise software suite that runs alongside them. You will work directly with the founding team, ship to real users, and see your work in production quickly.
Run the support function day to day — the queue, the rota, the quality of replies, and the reporting that shows where the product keeps hurting people.
What we’re looking for
- B.Tech / B.E. / Bachelor's degree with support experience
- 2-4 years in support, including some time coordinating others
- Comfortable with SLA, CSAT and backlog reporting
- Willing to take the difficult call yourself
