About the role
Circuvent builds connected Smart Home products and the enterprise software suite that runs alongside them. You will work directly with the founding team, ship to real users, and see your work in production quickly.
Own people operations end to end — hiring, culture, policy, compliance and the employee experience from offer to exit. Compensation is discussed rather than published.
What we’re looking for
- Experience leading an HR function, ideally in a growing technology company
- Strong grounding in Indian labour law and statutory compliance
- Able to write policy that people can actually follow
- Comfortable being the person difficult conversations reach
