About the role

Circuvent builds connected Smart Home products and the enterprise software suite that runs alongside them. You will work directly with the founding team, ship to real users, and see your work in production quickly. Own technical hiring end to end for engineering — sourcing, screening, closing, and keeping every candidate informed while it happens.

What we’re looking for

MBA in HR or a Bachelor's degree with recruitment experience
2-4 years recruiting engineers specifically
Able to read a job description technically enough to screen against it
Organised follow-up — no candidate should ever be left wondering
