Software Tester

Circuvent builds smart-home hardware, the firmware inside it and the apps and cloud that drive it. You will test all three. This is not a role where you run somebody else's script. A relay that fails to restore its state after a power cut, a camera that reports healthy while streaming three frames a second, a switch that moves under your finger and snaps back — these are the bugs that matter here, and they are found by people who are curious about how the thing is supposed to behave. Day to day you will write and run test cases for the mobile apps and the web console, test firmware behaviour on real boards we send you, check that a fix actually fixed it, and keep a regression suite that people trust. We hire graduates. If you have not worked in testing before but you are the person who always finds the broken thing, apply anyway and tell us about something you broke. The role is fully remote within India. Hardware, laptop and anything else you need is shipped to you.
