About the role
Circuvent builds connected Smart Home products and the enterprise software suite that runs alongside them. You will work directly with the founding team, ship to real users, and see your work in production quickly.
The first person a customer reaches. You will triage, resolve what you can, and escalate the rest with enough detail that nobody has to ask the customer twice.
What we’re looking for
- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in CSE, IT, ECE or related
- 0-2 years in technical support or a service desk
- Patient and clear in writing — most of this job is written
- Comfortable following a runbook and knowing when it does not apply
